Your items will be shipped within 3-5 business days from the time your order was placed.

All of our orders are packaged with eco-friendly shipping supplies and biodegradable packing peanuts that disintegrate in water.

​

Candles and wick trimmers are wrapped in Ranpak paper-based packaging, and secured by hemp twine.

Items which contain liquid will be wrapped in a 100% compostable, water proof mailer. These mailers will completely compost in 180 days when placed in a compost environment, whether at home or in a commercial compost facility. Please discard of accordingly.

DURING WARM MONTHS CANDLES WILL ONLY BE SHIPPED OUT ON MONDAY, TUESDAY, AND WEDNESDAY. THIS IS TO INCREASE THE CHANCES OF YOUR ORDER GETTING TO YOU THAT SAME WEEK AND NOT SITTING IN A HOT WAREHOUSE OVER THE WEEKEND AND THEREFORE DECREASING THE CHANCE OF THE CANDLE MELTING DURING SHIPMENT. 
Because we use 100% soy wax candles without any additives such as paraffin wax, our candles have a lower melting point. If this happens it does not change the function of your candle. If you have any issues with your order please reach out to us on our contact page.
